
Today is a low key day for us at the Roberson household. Just hanging around at home and then a lunch date with an old friend!

Today I started my morning off a little different with a smoothie instead of just a protein shake with water. So take a look at my day with the smoothie and out to lunch at a restaurant.

7am ~ banana, strawberry, vanilla Profit Shake protein powder, greens, water
9am ~ 1/2 Natural PB sandwich on whole grain
1pm ~ lunch at Sultans (Mediterranean restaurant) I had chicken shawarma which is chicken, rice, hummus with lentil soup
4pm ~ handful of almonds and an apple
7pm ~ chicken, alvocado, spinach, tomato, onion, black bean quesedilla's
10pm ~ 15 blue corn chips with homemade salsa

200 oz water

2 mile walk with Jacoby and Braylon
20 mins stretching and foam rolling
