Well today we are starting our Labor Day Weekend at the Lake House. We have had a GREAT week thus far relaxing and enjoying the lake. So there will be a lot of obstacles this weekend as it is the opening day for College Football and we have a lot of yummy, unhealthy foods for the games all day on Saturday usually each year. So this year I have done some homework and found healthier versions of all the foods Jeremy wants to have that day.
So today is a day of grocery shopping and starting to prepare some of the foods before tomorrow. This is a day of full focus for me so I can indulge just a little tomorrow.
So here was my day:
7am ~ Profit Shake with Greens
7am ~ 1/2 whole wheat Natural PB sandwich
11am ~ Huge Green Salad with cucumbers, carrots, avocado, and garlic expressions dressing
2pm ~ cliff protein bar
6pm ~ Chicken Tacos ~ spinach wraps, chicken, tomatoes, black beans, avocado, spinach, homemade salsa, pinch of colby jack cheese.
10pm ~ 20 blue chips with homemade salsa
120 oz water
2 mile walk with Jacoby and Braylon
20 lunges with each leg
7am ~ It Works Profit Shake ~ 2 scoops
7am ~ It Works Greens ~ 4 scoops
7am ~ It Works Thermofit x 2
11am ~ It Works Thermofit x 2
6pm ~ It Works Thermofit x 2
6pm ~ It Works Fat Fighters x 2 (after meal)
