Happy Labor Day to everyone!
Today is the last day at the lake house and actually a quick day as we have to pack up a 2 week vacation and unpack when we get home so we are heading out early. So today I have to plan for travel foods, something quick and easy is the best when you are on the road.
I thourally enjoyed my 12 days at the lake house with my family of 4 now (Jeremy, Me, Jacoby & Braylon). It was a GREAT 1st Family Vacation for us. Now back to reality for Jeremy tonight as he goes back to work for the 1st night since Jacoby was born. And not to mention my 1st night alone with Jacoby as Jeremy works 3rd shift...so wish me luck!
7am ~ Profit Shake with Greens
7am ~ 1/2 whole wheat Natural PB sandwich
10am ~ cliff protein bar
1pm ~ turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, avocado, tomato
3pm ~ cliff protein bar (on the road)
7pm ~ Turkey Burgers on grill with avocado, tomato, lettuce and hummus
sweet potato fries and whole wheat pesto sauce noodles
10pm ~ handful of almonds
150 oz water
1 mile walk with Jacoby and Bray
