Well that crazy busy day is over and we are now going to get to spend a relaxing 8 days at our lake house. Our first family vacation.
My day started GREAT but once I arrived at the lake house everyone was grilling and it was so tempting and I gave in :(. But that is okay because as long as you know when you are eating the wrong foods you can get back on track. It is when you deny or make excuses to why you are eating the bad foods you are in trouble and will be on the fast track to failure.
So to recap my day today:
7 am - profit shake with greens
9am - whole wheat toast with natural PB and a banana
12pm - cliff bar (on the road)
3pm - grilled hamburger with tomato and light mayo and a brat no buns
5pm - sliver slice of carrot car for my brothers b-day
7pm - salad with garlic expressions dressing and lots of tomatoes.
10pm - 20 blue chips and homemade salsa
Hydration log:
80 oz water
20 oz G2
Supplement log:
7am - 2 scoops profit protein shake
7am - 5 scoops greens
7am - 3x it's vital
7am - 2x Thermofit
12pm - 3x it's vital
3pm - 2x Thermofit
Tomorrow I plan to make my week menu and head to the grocery store and lock in the clean eating meal plan 100%
